A Mama Blessing is a celebration of motherhood as a sacred rite of passage in a woman's life.

The intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where the mama can receive loving support from her community - through blessings, guidance, and heartfelt connection - reminding her to trust in her inner strength, intuition and body.

This heartfelt ceremony is inspired by the Navajo tradition known as the ‘Blessingway’. With deep gratitude and respect, we honour the cultural roots of this practice and the powerful reminder it offers - a sacred pause to gather in community and celebrate transitions that shape a woman’s journey.

I also hold space for meaningful rituals and ceremonies - including Moon Day circles, and celebrations of the Celtic Wheel of the Year. These gatherings have quickly become some of the work closest to my heart, offering a chance for people to gather, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, each other, and the rhythms of nature.
