Ceremony & Ritual
The natural world and our ancestors hold so much knowledge that we can learn from today in our very modern lives. Ceremony and ritual formed part of their daily routines as a way to meaningfully connect to presence, nature and spirit.
May you experience each day as a sacred gift woven around the heart of wonder.

Mama-to-be Blessing
A Mama Blessing is a celebration of motherhood as a sacred rite of passage in a woman's life.
The intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where the mama can receive loving support from her community. Through blessings, guidance, and heartfelt connection, we are reminding her to trust in her inner strength, intuition and body.
This heartfelt ceremony is inspired by the Navajo tradition known as the ‘Blessingway’. It’s with deep respect and gratitude, we honour the cultural roots of this practice and the powerful reminder it offers us: a sacred pause to gather in community and celebrate transitions that shape a woman’s journey.

Ceremonies
I also hold space for meaningful rituals and ceremonies. These gatherings have quickly become some of the work closest to my heart, offering a chance for people to gather, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, nature and spirit.
