Learning how to love is the goal and the purpose of spiritual life — not learning how to

develop psychic powers, not learning how to bow, chant, do yoga, or even meditate,

but learning to love. Love is the truth. Love is the light.

Practice with me

  • Studio

I love teaching in-person yoga classes - there’s something truly magical about a group of yogis moving and breathing together, and the sense of community it creates.

I teach at several studios in Tarifa, Cádiz. You can view my full schedule here. Please note that bookings are required for all studio classes.

  • Private

Deepen your practice with a one-to-one private yoga session, held in the comfort of your home or any nurturing environment - think beach, forest, or wherever you feel most grounded.

Before our session, I’ll take time to understand your motivation and intentions so I can design on offering that meets you exactly where you are.

  • Corporate

Support your team’s wellbeing with a tailored blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness - designed around your needs. Each session is created to restore, reset, and re-energise, without adding to your team’s workload.

Sessions can be delivered on-site, online, or at a venue of your choice, and are suitable for all levels.

Class Styles

  • Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga influenced by the traditional Ashtanga practice, where movement and breath are woven together in flowing sequences. The pace and intensity can vary - from slow and mindful to more energising and challenging.

You can expect to build strength, cultivate energetic freedom in the body, and deepen your presence and awareness.

  • Slow Flow

Restore is a slow, gentle practice designed to nourish the nervous system. It begins with soft, flowing movement linked to breath, gradually transitioning into longer holds.

The practice offers spaciousness for stillness, meditation, and deep rest - a true reset for body, mind, and spirit.

  • Yin

Yin is a still, grounding practice where postures (asana) are held for 3–5 minutes or longer. It targets the body’s deeper connective tissues - such as fascia, ligaments, and joints - rather than the muscles.

This deeply meditative style is the perfect complement to more active, ‘yang’ practices or busy lifestyles, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to support rest, digestion, and healing.

  • Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often described as sleep yoga, is a complete physical and mental relaxation. Practiced lying down, it gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body relaxes completely while the mind remains receptive and open.

Through simple awareness of the body, breath, and senses, Yoga Nidra allows the nervous system to unwind and the mind to settle. In this deeply restorative state, tension can soften and the body naturally shifts into rest and repair.
