About Anahata Space
Born out of my own experience working in HR.. and burning out, more than once. I created it as a gentle, supportive offering for the people who are always supporting everyone else.
Rooted in mindfulness, yoga, and nervous system regulation, Anahata Space is designed specifically for HR Teams. It offers a space to slow down, soften, and restore balance. Inspired by the Heart Chakra, Anahata, guiding us back to a grounded and balanced way of being.
I believe that when HR Teams prioritise their own wellbeing, they build the capacity to support their people and businesses more sustainably - creating a healthier, more resilient workplace for everyone.
The Offer
Offering a blend of mindful practices - including gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation - for teams feeling stretched, burnt out, emotionally fatigued, or simply wanting to prioritise their wellbeing.
